“It all started about six months ago when the company that I was using for my mobile oil change services went out of business. I figured I would just Google around and see who I could work out the best price with for my independent car rental company. That’s how my nightmare began.
After two weeks of leaving voice mails and messages with the few companies that I was able to find on the internet, I received a return call. The guy told me that he would love to have my business and could come by and talk with me in about two weeks. TWO WEEKS?????????? My head was spinning. There was no way that I could go a total of a month without a single oil change. I said thanks, but no thanks. Frustrated, I turned to my mobile key-making guy and asked if he ever saw anybody changing oil at any of the other car rental companies. As it turned out, he told me that he would have a number for me by the end of the day. True to his word, he delivered and I couldn’t have been happier.
I immediately called the number and actually had a real person answer the phone, but that wasn’t even the best part. We were able to squeeze in a meeting in under two hours and I actually had cars having their oil changed before the end of that very day. However it wasn’t the expediency that impressed me most as time has gone by. Zach and Jimmy have been two of the most pleasant guys I’ve ever had the opportunity to do business with and have catered to my every need to make sure that I am a truly happy customer. Their employees actually take great pride in their work which includes a tire rotation as well as the standard oil change. I have also had a tech come and find me to point out other possible concerns on some of my vehicles that my own employees didn’t catch.
After six months of working together I truly cannot find a bad thing to say about these guys. They are very hands on and respond quickly to whatever concerns you might have along the way. Even if you’re not dissatisfied with your current oil change situation, it might be a good idea to meet with these guys and see what they have to offer. They have made my life considerably easier knowing that at least on aspect of my operation is being handled effectively and professionally, which allows me to concentrate on generating additional revenue. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.”
